Home-made: Green Pea Soup

Made by Mky, with help by me. Ok, I confess, I dumped the edamame in there without de-husking it first! So the taste of the end product was marred by many little fibres in your mouth.

    But now we know it is absolutely possible, and yummy, to thicken soup by blending in silken tofu! =)
