Home-made: Braised Chicken & Vegetable Stew

Braised chicken and vegetable stew in dashi stock; "happy call" new potatoes and baked satsuma imo and kabocha.
A tasty stew of everything good =D And that chicken breast was so tender and juicy! Happy Call ftw!
